Risk Management of Bank Credit System and Decision Making Process

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the development of Czech banking sector, especially with emphasis on post-revolutionary rebirth within the new conditions of market economy. The following part demonstrates the decision-making credit account process of a bank on a particular case study based on the methodics and procedures leading up to maximal elimination of credit risk. At the same time, the author presents a partially modified internal opinion on a decision of particular business transaction. It is accented that every decision of a bank must comply with the regulations of CNB. The conclusion of the thesis affirms the maximal efforts of domestic banks to minimalize risks within their decision-making credit account processes, which is mirrored in current stability in the development of Czech banking sector.
Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

Possibilities of value analysis utilization by selection of mortgage lender

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.
Analysis of the Creditworthiness of Vítkovice a.s.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the methods used by the bank to determine the rating of client and to evaluate the creditworthiness of Vítkovice a.s. In the theoretical part of the thesis is defined credit risk and internal rating models of banks that are used in the assessment. Internal rating models vary from one bank to another. However, the basis for assessing the creditworthiness is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators, which are explained in more detail in chapter three. The credit registers presented in chapter four also play an important role in assessing the client. In the practical part, the selected quantitative indicators are calculated. The results of the indicators are then compared with the sector. The conclusion of the work is a review of the company and a recommendation whether it is appropriate to provide the client with a loan.
Evaluation of the consumer's creditworthiness in terms of the stability of credit contracts

The theme of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of consumer's creditworthiness. The work examines present tools which are used by banking institution according to their credit policy and factors which influenced the final interest rate. It also sets client's rights and duties in view of the new Consumer Credit Act. The main goal is to prove that both sides of the contract are responsible for ensuring the problem-free way of this relationship.
Proposal Recommended Procedure for Selecting a Credit Products for Physical Clientele

The subject of the thesis Proposal recommended procedure for selecting a loan product of clients is analyzing forms of consumer credit provided to the client, evaluation and suggest optimization using a specific choice of bank and non-bank credit or loan in deciding client. The theoretical part defines the concepts of credit products, natural clientele, creditworthiness and credit registers. The issue of financing of natural persons pursues the factors that influence decisions, evaluations and indebtedness of clients. In my thesis, I also mentioned about the various types of credit registries, including information links on the subsequent granting of a loan to the client. The practical part is the description and comparison of various types of consumer contracts, provided banking and non-banking institutions. Based on the analysis of consumer contracts are found common factors and differences and then advantages and disadvantages of these contracts. This comparison is also the basis for the proposed solutions to the financing needs of individuals, particulary to optimize the selection of consumer credit products provided either banking or non-banking institutions for clients - loan applicants in the form of recommendations for applicants. In the practical part there are used personal experiences both in terms of several years of work in sociological research company, and in several activities of a credit counselor in financial institutions.

Thesis deals with the data of alternative sources for evaluation of the creditworthy clients. The aim of this work is to explore and propose data of alternative sources that could be used in the future as a creditworthiness of the client. A complementary objective is to explore the possibilities of implementing the proposed methods, particularly in a view of the restricted applicable legislation. The theoretical part contains findings from the literature on banking transactions, the risk arising from these transactions, rating and scoring systems and credit registers. The research is based on implementations of the additional resources for evaluating creditworthy clients from historical functioning system.
